Deve Maboungou is Associate Director, Strategy and Business Development at Krystal Ka Ltd.

After 15 years in the French civil service, he held a variety of positions at different levels of the French Ministry of the Interior. 

Strengthened by these experiences, he decided to set up a consultancy firm called Noeîn & Cie. 

Recognized and certified as an expert in business intelligence and corporate protection, Deve Maboungou has successfully carried out a wide range of expert missions for a wide range of clients. 

This background enables him to be committed to his themes, particularly in the associative sector, where he is also very active. 

With a presence in various spheres of influence, Deve has developed a network of contacts capable of providing convincing analyses of tomorrow's contemporary issues.

This is why he is also an analyst for the Geneva Geostrategic Observatory. 

An auditor and graduate of the 26th Protection des entreprises et intelligence économique national session of the Institut des Hautes Etudes du Ministère de l'Intérieur (IHEMI), Deve holds a law degree from the Université de Cergy-Pontoise, and a professional degree in Law, Economics and Management with a criminal intelligence operational analyst option from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM Sécurité Défense).

In addition, he holds a Master 2 (Titre RNCP Level 7) in Business Intelligence and Protection from the IHEMI and a specialization certificate in Cybersecurity and Threat Analysis (Cyber Threat Intelligence) from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers (CNAM Sécurité Défense).
