Kassim Fofana is Associate Director, International Development and Institutional Relations at Krystal Ka Ltd.

He was recruited by the Ivorian inter-ministerial council comprising the Ministries of Planning, the Interior, Economy and Finance and the National Institute of Statistics (I.N.S.). He was seconded to the P.N.U.D. (United Nations Development Programme) for economic and social development missions in French-speaking Africa.

This experience has enabled him to develop a vast network and acquire real knowledge of the field. He is a member of the Association Nationale des Familles de France, a member of UDAF 94, a member of the Agence Régionale de la Santé, and a user representative at Robert Debré Hospital in Paris and Paul d'Egine Hospital in Champigny, of which he is a director.

Mr. Kassim FOFANA, was Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Association Nationale des Collaborateurs de Ministres et Parlementaires, of which he is currently a director.

He holds a DESES in Safety and Security (Lyon) and a diploma in Social Law and Human Sciences from the CNAM in Paris.
